Basque restaurant Donostia, is the perfect location for a calm and elegant, but delicious and interesting dinner. Tucked away from the London crowds in a small street close to Marble Arch station, it's not going to be difficult to find. All dishes are, naturally, designed to share, so go with a small group to try lots of their menu which is a good size- not too big to make it overwhelming, yet substantial enough to keep it interesting.

Every dish was beautifully presented, all the meat and fish dishes were cooked to perfection. They were also of a substantial size- it's not very satisfying when restaurants make the sharing dishes so small you are left feeling cheated, but here you are guaranteed a great experience in sharing.

Their wine list is vast, and the majority of the wines are sourced, imported and delivered by themselves.

Definitely one of the best Spanish restaurants in London, go for a quiet meal (closed for lunch on Mondays and Sundays ) with people who like to enjoy a glass of wine. You will love it.
